By purchasing from ParrotPro Breeders, you confirm that you:

  • Agree to provide accurate and complete information during the purchasing process.

  • Are legally allowed to own exotic birds in your region.

Parrot ownership laws vary by state and country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify local regulations before completing a purchase.

🐣 3. Product Availability

All parrots and accessories listed on our website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Substitute a similar parrot of equal or greater value if a chosen bird is unavailable.

  • Update product descriptions, pricing, or images at any time without prior notice.

💵 4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include:

  • PayPal (Friends & Family preferred)

  • Zelle, Cash App, or Bank Transfer

  • Credit/Debit Card via secure checkout

Full payment must be received before shipment. Deposits made to reserve a parrot are non-refundable but can be applied to a future purchase or upcoming clutch.

📦 5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide and international delivery through licensed, USDA-approved animal carriers.

  • Shipping fees are based on distance, bird size, and destination.

  • All parrots travel safely in climate-controlled crates with hydration and food.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the parrot is dispatched.

While we strive for timely delivery, ParrotPro Breeders is not liable for delays caused by weather, airline restrictions, or carrier errors.

🏡 6. Ownership Transfer

Ownership officially transfers once the bird leaves our care and is accepted by the buyer or their designated recipient.
Upon transfer, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the bird’s safety, health, and care.

We do not sell un-weaned or un-socialized parrots under any circumstance.

🧾 7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Policy Page for detailed information regarding returns, exchanges, and health guarantees.
Refunds are granted only under approved circumstances and may take up to 5 business days to process.

🩺 8. Health Guarantee

Every parrot sold is:

  • Vet-checked and certified healthy prior to departure.

  • Vaccinated and DNA-tested (where applicable).

Buyers must have the bird examined by an avian veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery to validate the health guarantee.
Failure to do so voids the guarantee.

ParrotPro Breeders is not responsible for:

  • Any health complications, injury, or death resulting from improper care, neglect, or exposure after delivery.

  • Any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

  • The buyer’s failure to comply with local wildlife or ownership laws.

All birds are sold “as is”, with health and care records provided at the time of sale.

Your privacy matters to us. We only collect information necessary for communication, billing, and delivery.
All transactions are encrypted and handled securely.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
