Every parrot is vet-checked, DNA-tested, and vaccinated before leaving our aviary.

  • All parrots come with a 14-day health guarantee against communicable diseases.
  • Buyers must have the parrot examined by a certified avian veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.
  • If a serious health issue (other than injury or mishandling) is verified by a licensed avian vet within this period, we will offer a replacement parrot of equal value or refund at our discretion.
  • Health guarantees do not cover stress-related issues, accidents, or negligence after delivery.

We provide nationwide and international shipping through licensed, USDA-approved animal transport services.

  • Shipping fees vary by destination and parrot size.
  • All parrots travel in climate-controlled, IATA-approved crates with food and hydration.
  • Youโ€™ll receive tracking information and a delivery confirmation email from our team.
  • Delivery delays due to airline or weather conditions are beyond our control, but weโ€™ll assist every step of the way.

To protect the health of our birds, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The bird must remain unexposed to other animals and be certified healthy by a licensed veterinarian upon return.
  • If approved, we may offer an exchange or store credit for a future purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue is due to our error.
